7th Semester | Interior Architecture Design Studio IV
The house of the architect Kemal Yapanar in Balçık Village, in Istanbul is studied to renovate it accordingly to the persona: Wood sculptor Mustafa and botanic painter Zulbiye. The landscape and earth level around the house are rearranged by using ramps to reach easily to all levels in daily use of owners since they are in their 60s. A workshop for wood sculpting and a courtyard to rest while breaks are designed as extension of the original house.
